How usage is counted
- Each file uses its real length, down to the second, with a minimum of 15 seconds.
- When it starts, we set that time aside from your balance. If the transcript fails, you get all of it back.
- If your balance falls short, we show how much is missing and you can buy just that, rounded up to the hour. The file waits 24 hours while you buy.
