We detect the language, separate each speaker and timestamp every turn. We email you when it's ready.

You download your text
As Word, plain text or subtitles. The text stays available for up to 5 days, or less if you delete it, and the audio is deleted as soon as the transcript is done.

Frequently asked questions
Which files can I upload?
Audio or video in MP3, MP4, M4A, WAV, FLAC, OGG, WEBM, or AMR. Each file can be up to 1 GB and 4 hours long.
How am I charged?
By the real length of each file, down to the second, with a minimum of 15 seconds. You buy hours in advance, with no subscription, and unused hours never expire.
What if my balance isn't enough?
We tell you how long the file is, how much you have and how much is missing. You can buy just what's missing, rounded up to the hour, and the transcript starts on its own once payment is confirmed. The file waits 24 hours.
Does it tell speakers apart?
Yes. It separates up to 10 speakers and puts a timestamp at the start of every turn. If you know how many people are speaking, you can say so before uploading.
What do you do with my files?
The audio is deleted as soon as the transcript is done. The text stays up to 5 days for you to download, then it's deleted; you can delete it sooner from your dashboard. If a file is never processed, it's deleted after 24 hours.
What if the transcript fails?
The audio is deleted right away and you get back all the time we set aside from your balance. You'll see it in your activity history.
Can I cancel a file?
Yes, while it uploads or while it waits for balance or its turn. We delete whatever was uploaded and return the time we set aside. Once the transcription has started it can't be stopped, but you can delete it as soon as it's ready.
Which formats can I download?
Word (.docx) with title, date, length, language and paragraphs by speaker; plain text (.txt); and subtitles (.srt).
